friendly staff clean pool

The staff was friendly and cute (always ready to help). The swimming pool was clean and spacious, with a great atmosphere for relaxation.

The in-room dining menu lacks options (specifically fish) despite it being a seaside hotel.

missing fruit mold in shower

the staff were very polite and cute!

It was missing. after asking, i received them, but it was like a favor. additionally, the room i booked. An "executive suite". Wasn't worth the high price. i found bugs on the towels and mold in the shower.

I enjoyed the really good service and the professional staff. They are respectful. the food was delicious, and i especially appreciate the clean beach. the hotel offers a super calm place perfect for a relaxed vacation.

the hotel grounds are vast and it can sometimes be challenging to find your way around, especially at night due to poor lighting.

our family room was quite spacious and well-kept, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. the room included a private balcony perfect for enjoying the fresh air and morning sun. it had a mini fridge to cool our drinks.

From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful. special thanks to the guest relations team who assisted us with excursion bookings and provided useful local tips. They were amazing

the resort features a beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers and a shaded section. there is a gym equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes, and we especially loved the clean, sandy beach, ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

The hotel had respectful staff. This. The buffet provided delicious and diverse food. A hammock was even available on my balcony. I enjoyed the convenience of the dive center on the premises.

The gym was closed quite early.
